Zenni Optical is a direct to consumer eyeglass brand, with a highly customizable selection of products. Launching in 2003 with a mission to make prescription eyewear affordable and accessible to everyone, Zenni Optical continues to innovate and grow.

In order to have more flexibility and scalability, Zenni Optical needed to move their business rules out of disparate platforms and apps and into one centralized location. This set up Zenni to launch their mobile app with robust rules that allow users to customize their glasses  and make fast and correct choices. With complex, interconnected rules, moving them to a centralized structure allowed Zenni to focus on building out new customer experiences, without worrying about managing complex and technically arcane rules structures.
