Object Edge // Hive for Enterprise

The answer is in eleven systems. Nobody can ask the question.

Every one of these is answerable today from data you already own. Every one still takes six weeks and four analysts. We take one of them, scope it in a week, and put it in production in four to eight — on a fixed bid, inside your own cloud.

What It Fixes

Four problems we have productized. And a fifth: yours.

Each of the four is leaking money right now. They are the pattern, not the boundary — the engagement is identical for any problem that spans systems and has a number attached.

Revenue leakage

Contract renewals roll over at last year’s rate. Escalators go unclaimed. What the contract entitles you to bill and what you actually billed drifted apart three quarters ago, and the churn signal was sitting in a support ticket six months before anyone read it as one.

What it costs

Every renewal that rolls at last year’s rate is margin you already earned and did not bill.

Lead generation

The warm path into the account already exists — in someone’s inbox, someone else’s call notes, and a relationship graph nobody has ever queried.

What it costs

The introduction you needed was two degrees away and nobody could see the path.

Sales force management

Rep performance, territory coverage, and pipeline reality live in three systems that only agree at quarter end, by which point the quarter is over.

What it costs

Coaching happens after the quarter closes, which is the one moment it cannot change the number.

Inventory optimization

Demand signal, supplier reality, and outstanding commitments reconcile monthly. The stockout happens weekly.

What it costs

You are carrying stock you do not need and missing the stock you do, in the same week.

Yours

Those four are the ones we have productized. They are not the boundary. Warranty claims, field dispatch, quote-to-cash, entitlement drift after an acquisition — the engagement is identical for any problem that spans systems. Bring the one with money attached and we scope it the same way.

What it costs

The problem nobody has productized is usually the one costing you most, because nobody has ever put a number on it.

How It Works

One problem, four to eight weeks, fixed bid.

Week 0

You bring one problem.

Not a platform evaluation. One named problem with money attached, and the systems that hold the answer.

Week 1

We scope it, and the number is fixed.

We map the entities, the systems, and the decision the problem actually turns on. You get a fixed bid. No discovery phase that bills by the hour.

Weeks 1–2

The company brain goes up.

Connectors land, entities resolve across systems, relationships get typed against your ontology. This is the part that takes an enterprise data fabric a quarter.

Weeks 4–8

Agents work the problem in production.

Agents traverse the semantic layer under role-based access, with provenance on every answer and an audit trail on every action.

Why It Is Weeks And Not Quarters

How is this different from hiring a consultancy to build it?

Same engineers, but the semantic layer already exists as a product rather than being rebuilt per engagement. That is why the timeline is four to eight weeks against a quarter, and why the bid can be fixed.

A firm solving this problem without one builds the connective layer from scratch, on your budget, every time. That is where the quarters go. Our engineers start from a working company brain and spend their time on your problem instead of on plumbing you have already paid three firms to build.

What Makes It Possible

Agents can only be as good as the layer beneath them.

Hive is a company brain — a semantic layer over the systems you already run, built as a knowledge graph on your own ontology. Entities resolve across channels, relationships are typed, history is queryable, and every claim carries its source.

The part your security team cares about: the boundary is enforced at the query, not by keeping data in separate islands. An agent answering a renewal question sees exactly what the person asking is cleared to see, and the answer arrives with its provenance attached.

Selected Deployments

Production work where disconnected knowledge was slowing the business down.

Enterprise technology company

Unified 15+ internal systems into one operating intelligence layer.

Sales, support, and product teams were making decisions from different realities. Hive connected CRM, ticketing, wikis, and product systems into one queryable graph.

Outcome

Cross-system answers in under five seconds and AI initiatives moved to production 4x faster.

Cruise and hospitality operator

Turned guest context into a live intelligence surface.

Booking, loyalty, onboard services, and operational logistics all described the guest differently. Hive created one context layer for crews, operators, and AI workflows.

Outcome

Personalization moved from static segments to real-time guest intelligence across touchpoints.

Specialty commerce retailer

Made product intelligence and subscriptions operationally usable.

Supplier data, nutritional content, merchandising rules, and subscription lifecycle signals lived in different systems and slowed every catalog decision.

Outcome

250% year-over-year subscriber growth, 25% lower subscription churn, and 40% more account creation.

Automotive manufacturer

Aligned manufacturing data, dealer context, and commerce reality.

Configuration logic, pricing, parts catalogs, and dealer inventory had to be reconciled manually every time the business launched or updated an offer.

Outcome

Launch timelines compressed as live product, inventory, and dealer context finally stayed in sync.

The Two Questions We Get

“We already have a data platform program.”

Then keep it. Hive does not replace the warehouse and does not wait for it to finish. It sits across the systems you have now, including the warehouse, and it answers the question this quarter rather than after the programme lands.

“Will security approve it?”

It deploys inside your own cloud and the data does not leave. Access is role-based and enforced at the query. Every answer carries provenance, every action carries an audit trail, and consequential actions are reversible. SOC 2 compliant, and reviewed to the standard regulated buyers apply before anything touches production.

And if procurement would rather not open a new vendor at all, Hive is on AWS Marketplace — bought on the account and agreement you already have, against the commitment you already made.

How does Hive handle data across systems that disagree?

Entity resolution runs across channels, so the same customer in CRM, in a support ticket, and in a meeting transcript resolves to one entity rather than three. Where sources conflict, provenance shows which system said what and when, instead of silently picking a winner.

What does a fixed bid actually cover?

Scoping, connectors, the semantic layer for the problem in question, the agents that work it, and production deployment inside your cloud. The number is set after the one-week scope and does not move.

Do we need a data warehouse first?

No. Hive connects to source systems directly and does not require a warehouse-first programme. If you already have one, it becomes another connected source.
