HIVE · NOW ON AWS MARKETPLACE
Hive is now available on AWS Marketplace.
Procure the company brain through the AWS account and agreement you already have. No new vendor to onboard, no separate contract cycle, and no second invoice for finance to reconcile at the end of the month.
Why Buy Through AWS Marketplace
Your AWS agreement is already a procurement path.
The product is the same either way. What changes is the paperwork, the billing, and how long it takes to get from decision to deployment.
Draw down your AWS commitment.
Eligible AWS Marketplace purchases can count against an Enterprise Discount Program or Private Pricing Agreement commitment — typically up to 25% of the annual commitment, subject to the terms of your own agreement. Confirm the treatment with your AWS account team before you plan around it.
One bill, one vendor record.
Hive appears on the AWS invoice you already reconcile. Purchase-order numbers attach per transaction, and cost allocation tags, Cost Explorer, and Budgets see the spend the same way they see the rest of your AWS footprint.
Skip the contract cycle.
The Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace covers the terms, so there is usually nothing to negotiate line by line. Where you do need something specific, a private offer carries negotiated pricing, custom terms, and a payment schedule that fits your budget cycle.
Governance built in.
Curate Hive into a Private Marketplace so only approved software reaches your builders, roll subscriptions across accounts with AWS Organizations, and route requisitions through the procurement system you already run — Coupa or SAP Ariba included.
What It Costs
A licence per person, plus the work to stand it up.
Two things to price: the seats, and the setup engagement that configures Hive against your own systems. The subscription transacts through AWS Marketplace on 1, 12, 24, or 36-month terms and lands on your AWS invoice.
The people using it.
Bring your own enterprise model licence and that is the whole seat. Use our models instead and add usage at $1 per million input tokens and $5 per million output tokens.
The work to stand it up.
Workflow configuration, integrations, and ontology design. Initial setup typically takes two to five days, plus time for any customer-specific workflows you want built.
Need volume pricing or want setup services on the same AWS bill? Ask for a private offer — negotiated price, custom terms, and a payment schedule that fits your budget cycle.
How It Works
Subscribe, register, connect.
Three steps from subscription to a workspace that knows your business.
Subscribe on AWS Marketplace.
Accept the standard contract, or the private offer we prepared for you, from inside your own AWS account. Nothing new to onboard and no separate paper to route.
Create your workspace.
AWS sends you to hive-os.ai/marketplace/register, where you set up the first administrator. That account owns the workspace and invites everyone else.
Connect your systems.
Email, calendar, CRM, documents, meetings. Object Edge’s setup engagement — typically two to five days — configures the workflows, builds the integrations, and defines the ontology, so you are not left with a blank workspace and a manual.
Common Questions
What procurement asks first.
Does a Hive purchase count toward our AWS EDP commitment?
Eligible AWS Marketplace purchases can draw down an Enterprise Discount Program or Private Pricing Agreement commitment — typically up to 25% of the annual commitment, per the terms of your own agreement. Because that treatment depends on your agreement rather than on us, confirm it with your AWS account team before you plan around it.
Can we get a private offer?
Yes. A private offer lets us set negotiated pricing, custom terms, and a payment schedule that matches your budget cycle, and it still transacts through AWS Marketplace and lands on your AWS bill. Tell us the term and the size of the deployment and we will prepare one.
Do we still get Object Edge’s forward-deployed team?
Yes. Marketplace changes how you buy, not who shows up. The same engineers who scope a named problem in a week and put it in production in four to eight are on the engagement either way.
Can we bring our own model licence?
Yes. Route through the enterprise model agreement you already signed and your negotiated rate, committed tokens, and data-retention terms stay exactly as they are — $25 per seat is then the whole seat cost. Using our models instead adds usage at $1 per million input tokens and $5 per million output tokens.
Where do we get support?
In the app, or by email at support@hive-os.ai.
